Brand Video Production Brief
We were approached by Victoria Hyde to deliver a brand video production for the watch brand. Being the Producer and Art Direction involved overseeing the entire Creative to the shoot as well building costumes and props, location scouting and managing every team on behalf of the client for the final delivery. Taking this role meant living and breathing the brand – exploring ideas with the Director and Cameraman whilst working alongside a photographer allowed us to explore each facet and introduce our character in a comprehensive manner. The entire production was extremely collaborative – taking the artistic lead with the three other separate teams to build a cohesive Creative for the client.

Collaborative by Nature
The ultimate success of the film and photography could only be obtained through close collaboration with talented teams that read from the same hymn sheet. Luckily we had the pleasure to work alongside Sam at Copper Productions and Lewis at Maxwell Commercial Photographers
(THESE GUYS KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND COME HIGHLY RECOMMENDED).

We have worked with Lewis for a decade and have always been floored by the results he can achieve behind the lens. The final edits of each image are outstanding – an individual we would recommend for any photography project that required an incredibly high level of quality.
Copper Productions: Brand Video Production
Sam Palmer at Copper Productions first approached Author Studios to edit and grade films at our Studios in Leigh-on-Sea. Now, we work and collaborate with one another across a wide spectrum of projects. Victoria Hyde seemed like the perfect opportunity to create an artistic vision together.

The brand required an archive of beautiful shots to be used as assets across online and printed media. The results concentrated predominantly on imagery that would be utilised across the website and on social media. Printed features would come second but not neglected. The client was delivered hundreds of shots taken across the shoot and edited by their internal teams to suit the desired audiences across the world.
We edited the film with Copper Productions by worked alongside Sam at the studio in London to make sure the video and music remained on trend without sacrificing the vision that was established throughout the planning phases.
